If you have any questions about the program or about joining in us in the fall, please contact us by email or call us at Prepare Dates to Remember Once you accept to study in the Washington Mentorship Program and submit your deposit, we will be in contact with you throughout the summer in order to prepare you for fall semester.
To help you understand important dates throughout the summer and your fall semester, here is a general timeline. This is a tentative schedule of important dates and events throughout the semester. Mid May-Early June Receive information on Eagle Summit New Student Orientation Receive information on class registration and the internship search You will receive information about class registration and other important registration related documents.
In addition, you will receive resources to assist in preparing your resume and beginning the internship search.
Late July Arrival information sent to incoming students Information includes details about arrival and move in, first few days on campus, and internships.
August Students move in to Leonard Hall. All other students move in on Saturday. Parents are welcome to sign-up for and attend August Eagle Summit and Mentorship Orientation sessions.
Courses dropped after this date will be recorded with a "W" on the AU transcript. September 12 Deadline to start an internship You will submit an Experiential Learning Form to your internship faculty.
November 2 Last day to withdraw from a course or change a grade option end of 10th week Courses cannot be withdrawn after this date. December 7 Last day of classes and internships Mid December Free Essay: Preparation for Mentorship and Assessing Introduction.
